PARATUR - WHAT WE DO

Companhia Paraense de Turismo (Paratur) is a hybrid public-state company at the States administration structure of Pará, under the rule of the Secretary of State Development, Science and Technology.

Its function is to stimulate the tourism industry in the State, working to improve infra-structure and increase tourist visiting coming from several origins, national and international ones.

Paratur is developing several projects to widely advertise the tourist products of Pará, following the newest market tendencies, such as: sport fishing, business tourism, and ecotourism.
